NOW HIRING - Machine Operator (2nd & 3rd Shift Available) - Miramar, CA | Up to $23.75/hr

Now Hiring Machine Operators in Miramar, CA! Join a growing manufacturing team with opportunities on 2nd and 3rd shift . Ideal for candidates with experience in machine operation, manufacturing, production, saw operation, blueprint reading, and quality inspection.

• Location: Miramar, CA
• 2nd Shift: $21.00/hr | 2:15 PM - 10:45 PM
• 3rd Shift: $23.75/hr | 10:30 PM - 6:15 AM (train on 1st or 2nd for 1-2 weeks)
• Overtime available
• Full-time, long-term opportunity

• Operate production machines, bandsaws, and manufacturing equipment.
• Load and unload materials and parts.
• Perform quality inspections using calipers and measuring tools.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions.
• Record production and inspection data accurately.
• Use hand tools and maintain a safe work environment.
• Meet production goals while maintaining quality standards.
• Follow Lean Manufacturing and safety procedures.

• Manufacturing or machine operator experience preferred.
• Experience with calipers, measuring tools, and quality inspection.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
• Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Comfortable standing for extended periods and performing repetitive tasks.
• Saw, bandsaw, CNC, or production machine experience is a plus.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of San Diego, CA.

The pay range for this position is $23.75 - $23.75/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
