The candidate must be able to effectively interact with multiple stakeholders independently including underwriters, originators, credit risk control, operations, legal / compliance, and the third-party servicer.Key competencies and responsibilities include:Assist with timely completion of portfolio management tasks and escalation to business unit senior management when appropriateAnalyze borrower financial statements, rent rolls, guarantor strength, schedules of real estate owned, debt service coverage ratio, debt yield, and collateral valuationsPrepare high quality loan analysis for presentation to 1st and 2nd lines of defense as applicablePerform detailed due diligence including market research, industry analysis, and sponsor reviewAssist with the maintenance and enhancement of asset management reporting used in day-to-day business unit managementProvide working direction to the external third-party servicer and review related work products including loan level credit analysis prior to submission to business unit management and stakeholdersParticipate in special projects as necessary; prepare internal presentations as necessary for senior management on portfolio management strategy and analysisMust be able to independently and effectively communicate with Underwriters, Internal Counsel, and Loan ClosersAssist in the ongoing asset management of a portfolio of commercial real estate loans to maximize value and minimize riskAssist with building and enhancing asset management reporting, portfolio analysis activities, and analyzing property financialsCoordinate setup of loans internally and work closely with third party servicing teamMaintain detailed and accurate loan files, relationship data, and loan tracking systemsSkills/ Qualifications (e.g., years of experience, licenses, leadership skills):Degree in Finance or closely related areas requiredMinimum of 1-2 years' experience in Wealth Management or Financial Services organizationExperience working with a Bank's High Net Worth client base / Financial Advisor network a plusExcellent analytical and decision-making skillsConsistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skillsHighly organized and detail-orientedDedication to superior client serviceAbility to work independently and as part of a teamAbility to navigate multiple divisions within in a large bank structureAbility to effectively multi-task and deliver high quality results within fast-paced deliverable deadlinesThe annual full time base salary range for this role is$100,000.00 - $115,000.00Specific compensation is determined through interviews and a review of relevant education, experience, training, skills, geographic location and alignment with market data. Additionally, certain positions may be eligible to receive a discretionary bonus as determined by bonus program guidelines, position eligibility and SitusAMC Senior Management approval. SitusAMC offers PTO and paid holidays, the terms of which are set forth in the program policies.
