Job Type: Full-time, Contract - Minimum 1 Month


Start Date: Immediate


Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-5:00 PM (Saturdays currently required)


About the Role


We're hiring immediately for a large-scale structured cabling project in Charlotte, NC, covering Data, AV, and Security systems installation. We're looking to fill 4 openings across 2 crews - each crew consisting of 1 Lead and 1 Technician.


Lead Responsibilities:

• Read prints and run day-to-day job operations for your crew
• Report into the client's site foreman/overall project structure
• Oversee cable pulling, termination, and labeling to ensure quality and schedule adherence
• Coordinate lift work safely across multiple systems being installed simultaneously
• Ensure crew compliance with safety standards and site requirements
• Pull cable and terminate Cat 6 (including camera runs) and other structured cabling
• Label all cable terminations on both ends per spec
• Mount J-hooks and related cable support infrastructure
• Operate aerial lifts as needed (3 lifts on-site, 3 systems being run concurrently)
• Support Data, AV, and Security system cabling scope

Technician Responsibilities:

• Pull cable and terminate Cat 6 (including camera runs) and other structured cabling
• Label all cable terminations on both ends per spec
• Mount J-hooks and related cable support infrastructure
• Operate aerial lifts as needed (3 lifts on-site, 3 systems being run concurrently)
• Support Data, AV, and Security system cabling scope

What You'll Need:

• Proven experience terminating structured cable (Cat 6 minimum required)
• Aerial lift certification and/or hands-on lift experience - this is a core part of the daily work
• Ability to read and work from prints/blueprints (Foreman/PM role)
• Comfortable with moderate physical demands: lift work, standing/reaching, and cable pulling for extended periods
• Reliable transportation to the job site required

Additional Details:

• This is a single, ongoing site - no daily/weekly site rotation
• Device termination and system turn-up will be handled by a separate team following cabling completion
• Saturday work is currently required in addition to the standard Monday-Friday schedule
