LALAHMI accueille environ 460 adultes, adolescents et enfants en situation de handicap, sur 10 tablissements dans
le Maine et Loire (Chemill, La Jumellire, Vernantes).
Afin dassurer un accompagnement de qualit, 420 professionnels interviennent dans laccompagnement ducatif,
pdagogique et de soin.
LALAHMI est la recherche dun/e Aide-Soignant H/F en CDI ds que possible.
Etablissement et ETP : Dispositif ROGERIE (MAS) 1 ETP - La Jumellire (49)
Missions : Au sein du dispositif du Gibertin, compos dun Foyer dAccueil Mdicalis et dune
Maison dAccueil Spcialise, l'aide-soignant H/F est charg dassister les
personnes en situation de handicap dans les actes de la vie quotidienne et de les
accompagner dans leur prise en charge globale. Il/elle intervient sous la
responsabilit de l'quipe soignante et en collaboration avec les autres
professionnels.
Les missions principales sont les suivantes :
? Accompagner les rsidents dans les gestes de la vie quotidienne (hygine,
alimentation, dplacements...)
? Participer l'installation et au confort des rsidents
? Assurer les soins d'hygine et de confort (toilette, habillage, change...)
? Observer l'tat de sant et le comportement des rsidents et remonter les
informations l'quipe soignante
? Participer la prvention des escarres et des chutes
? Contribuer au bien-tre des rsidents en leur apportant une prsence
rassurante et bienveillante
Profil requis : Critres obligatoires :
Formation : Diplme d'tat d'Aide-soignant (DE - AS) exig
Exprience : Premire exprience russie dans le domaine de la sant et du
soin
Comptences : Sens des responsabilits et de l'organisation, capacit d'coute,
d'empathie et de communication, patience et rsistance au stress, respect de
la dontologie et des rgles d'hygine et de scurit
Critre souhaitable :
Connaissance des publics en situation de handicap
