About the Role As a Physical Therapist (PT) at Aspire Senior Living Webb City, you will be responsible for providing high-quality physical therapy services to our residents. Your Physical Therapist (PT) role will involve evaluating residents' physical needs, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, and providing direct care services. Physical Therapist (PT) will also work closely with other members of our healthcare team to ensure that our residents receive comprehensive and coordinated care. Physical Therapist (PT) Responsibilities Conduct initial and ongoing evaluations of residents' physical needs and develop individualized treatment plans to address their specific goals and needs Provide direct physical therapy services, including exercises, stretches, and other interventions, to help residents achieve their goals and maintain their independence Collaborate with other members of our healthcare team, including physicians, occupational therapists, and speech therapists, to ensure that our residents receive comprehensive and coordinated care Document resident progress and treatment plans in accordance with our facility's policies and procedures Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss resident care and develop strategies to improve our services Stay up-to-date with the latest physical therapy techniques and best practices by attending training and education programs, reading industry publications, and participating in peer review and quality improvement activities Physical Therapist (PT) Requirements Experience as a Physical Therapist (PT) preferred Physical Therapy degree from an accredited institution Current licensure as a Physical Therapist (PT) in the state of Missouri Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Compassionate and patient-centered approach How to Apply If you are a compassionate and skilled Physical Therapist (PT) who is passionate about providing high-quality care to seniors, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity!
