Marketing Specialist

ARS Brands is seeking a Local Marketing Specialist to support the planning, execution, and coordination of marketing initiatives across our growing portfolio of restaurant brands in IL, MN and WI. This role will assist with local store marketing, promotional campaigns, brand communications, digital content, and community engagement efforts that help drive sales, increase guest awareness, and support continued company growth. The ideal candidate is creative, organized, and highly detail-oriented, with a strong understanding of how marketing supports restaurant growth, guest engagement, and brand awareness. This person should be comfortable managing multiple projects at once, coordinating with operations teams, vendors, and brand partners, and following through on deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Position Requirements Develop and execute marketing campaigns that align with company goals, brand priorities, and restaurant-level initiatives. Coordinate internal and external communications to ensure consistent messaging across operations teams, vendors, brand partners, and restaurant leadership. Support brand management by maintaining brand standards across marketing materials, signage, digital content, promotions, and guest-facing communication. Plan and coordinate marketing initiatives, local events, community outreach, promotions, and other activities that support sales growth and brand awareness. Monitor campaign timelines, project deadlines, approvals, and deliverables to ensure marketing initiatives are completed accurately and on schedule. Track and analyze marketing performance metrics, including campaign results, sales impact, guest engagement, and promotional effectiveness. Education and Experience Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, or a related field. 2–5 years of marketing, communications, or digital marketing experience. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Experience with content management systems, social media platforms, and email marketing tools in the restaurant/QSR franchise space. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing analytics tools.
