Assist with personal care needs, including bathing, dressing, grooming, hygiene, and meal preparation. Support daily living skills, independence, and participation in individualized goals and support plans. Help individuals participate in community activities, appointments, social events, and meaningful experiences. Promote dignity, respect, person-centered care, and a safe, clean, and welcoming home environment.
