About the Role
Skill Builders ABA is looking for compassionate, growth‑minded BCBAs who care deeply about quality care and supporting their teams. This is a collaborative environment where your voice matters and client progress is truly celebrated.
• Conduct assessments and design individualized treatment plans
• Lead, mentor, and support RBTs
• Monitor progress and adjust programming as needed
• Partner closely with families and caregivers
• Maintain professional documentation and compliance Qualifications
• Active BCBA certification and any required state credentials
• Strong clinical judgment with a family‑centered approach
