Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records in accordance with facility standards
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate patient care
• Wear a facility-issued photo badge and present valid state or federal issued identification at all times while on site

Required Qualifications

• Active Speech Language Pathologist license in the state of New Hampshire
• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from ASHA preferred or eligibility required
• Minimum 35-hour weekly availability to meet contract guarantee
• Valid state or federal issued photo identification required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a rehabilitation or skilled nursing setting
• Experience with dysphagia evaluation and treatment
• Strong documentation and communication skills
