Our holistic model also extends assistance to shelter, energy, weatherization, HIV and AIDS counseling, home visits, and mobile medical/dental clinics.Position Highlights:$22.73 - $27.84 DOE with the ability to go higher for highly experienced candidates100% employer-paid health insurance including medical, dental, vision, Rx, and 24/7 telemedicineProfit sharing & 403(b) retirement plan availableGenerous PTO, 8 paid holidays, and much more!What You'll Do:Perform HVAC trouble shooting and perform general maintenance on HVAC systems (replace filters, belts, pulleys, etc.)Perform general maintenance including carpentry, plumbing, light electrical, and light cement masonry in accordance with state/federal safety standardsLandscape and maintain grounds and common areas, including lawns, flowerbeds, shrubbery, and parking areas. Provide maintenance dictated by weather conditions, including removal of snow and ice from walkwaysDispose of medical waste, inclusive of hazardous, regulated, and/or infectious wasteAssist in various construction projects, perform furniture moves, box moves, coordinate access for contractors and vendors, and complete other miscellaneous dutiesManage building security and access control systems for user access and system tests as directed by the Clinic AdministratorManage the maintenance provided by vendors for onsite building HVAC systems, security systems, building electrical systems, fire alarm systems, roofing, medical gas systems, and landscapingMaintain assigned company vehicles to company standardsManage and document all safety inspections according to Corporate Standards. Complete and document tasks on the safety matrixEnsure that assigned buildings and other designated areas are cleaned and maintained in accordance with established guidelinesPerform daily janitorial duties as required for items needing immediate attention, such as replenishment of restroom supplies, trash removal, and cleanup of spillsPerform other duties as assignedQualifications:High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED)One year experience in building maintenanceFirst Aid certification within 90 days of hireForklift operator's license required if working in ProcurementValid Driver's License and proof of automobile liability insurance coverageThis position requires a pre-employment physical assessmentWill be required to participate in the Maintenance on-call scheduleEffective verbal and listening communication skillsSkills in logical reasoning, problem-solving, and sound judgmentWorks independently and handles multiple projects a variety of tasks simultaneously, with the potential for frequent interruptionsEffectively interacts with a variety of employees in a professional mannerBasic proficiency with a variety of computer programs including Microsoft Outlook, Word and ExcelKnowledge of the correct and safe usage of assorted cleaning chemicals used in janitorial dutiesSkilled to use maintenance trade equipment and toolsPossesses carpentry, electrical, plumbing, landscaping and heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) skills to perform general maintenanceKnowledge of and performs General Maintenance within the regulations of Federal/State/Local building codesProficiency to read and understand construction documents such as "As-Build" drawings and O&M manualsOur Mission Statement"Together we transform our communities through compassionate, individualized care, eliminating barriers to health and well-being."Our mission celebrates inclusivity.
