Initial responsibilities will focus primarily on patient care, service development, and hospital operations. As our DVM program matures, this position will naturally evolve to include clinical teaching, with anticipated student participation beginning in approximately two years. Key Responsibilities: Deliver exceptional preventive, diagnostic, medical, and surgical care for companion animal patients Perform routine soft-tissue surgery and dentistry Collaborate with specialty and emergency clinicians to provide comprehensive patient careDevelop and refine clinical protocols, standard operating procedures, and workflow processes Participate in quality improvement initiatives and service development Prepare for future clinical teaching and mentorship of veterinary students Engage in scholarly activity or clinical research consistent with individual interests Contribute positively to a collaborative and supportive hospital culture Salary and Benefits: In accordance with the New Jersey Pay Transparency Act, the anticipated salary range for this position is $110,000–$150,000 annually, commensurate with qualifications, experience, clinical expertise, academic rank, and appointment track.
