What you’ll do

• Lead large commercial and industrial MEP projects, maintaining safety, schedule, budget, quality, and client satisfaction
• Build project schedules and workforce plans; estimate labor-hour needs and coordinate labor planning
• Partner with Supply Chain to procure materials, equipment, and subcontractors
• Review and author RFIs; assess responses for scope, schedule, and cost impacts
• Interpret specifications and guide decisions on equipment, materials, and subcontractors
• Coordinate design detailing and fabrication planning with the Virtual Construction team
• Support Superintendents with field operations and coordinate with the General Superintendent and field leadership
• Lead effective project meetings and maintain strong client relationships
• Own revenue forecasts, cost-to-complete projections, and gross profit performance
• Manage equipment, material, and subcontractor costs while supporting labor cost oversight
• Mentor Assistant Project Managers, Project Managers, and Project Engineers

What you’ll bring

• At least five years of commercial or industrial project management experience
• Experience managing projects exceeding $10 million
• A track record of maintaining material and labor flow on projects lasting a year or longer
• Strong mechanical and/or plumbing trade knowledge
• OSHA 30-hour certification and a strong understanding of OSHA safety regulations
• Ability to read and interpret construction documents and specifications
• Comfort with modern technology, including laptops, tablets, smartphones, and Microsoft Teams
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with urgency and composure
• A team-oriented leadership style and commitment to safety and accountability
