Contract | Nights (3x12 Hours, 19:00–07:30) | Up to 26 weeks | Every other weekend required

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a stepdown/med-surg unit with a 1:5 nurse-to-patient ratio
• Float to other med-surg areas, including additional units, to care for med-surg patients as needed
• Perform IV starts as a routine component of patient care
• Accurately document patient information using EPIC
• Operate unit equipment including Welch Allyn vital sign towers and Sigma IV pumps

Required Qualifications

• Valid Michigan RN License
• BLS certification (American Heart Association)
• NIH Stroke Scale certification
• Minimum 2 years of PCU/Stepdown experience
• Must be available and present for the first two weeks of the assignment; no block scheduling available
• Locals are welcome — no radius restrictions apply

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Oncology (ONC) experience
• Chemotherapy administration experience
