Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Nights, 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM | 12-Hour Shifts | Expected 36 Hours/Week | Every Other Weekend | Every Other Holiday

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a critical care unit with a strong cardiac focus and occasional MICU overflow patients
• Independently read and interpret telemetry rhythm strips; telemetry competency assessment required on Day 1
• Manage a patient assignment at a ratio of 1:2 or 1:1 within a 17-bed unit
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver safe, high-quality care to critically ill patients

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Massachusetts or compact eligibility
• Minimum 2 years of critical care experience
• Demonstrated ability to independently read and interpret telemetry rhythm strips
• Candidates residing less than 50 miles from the facility will be placed at a local rate

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with EPIC electronic health records
• CCRN certification preferred
• Background in cardiac critical care or MICU settings
