• Create an exceptional first impression for every visitor and caller.
• Answer and direct incoming calls with confidence and efficiency.
• Schedule appointments for our sales and service team.
• Support our licensed insurance professionals with administrative tasks.
• Maintain an organized, polished, and inviting office environment.
• Help ensure every customer leaves feeling valued and cared for.

• Love people and naturally make others feel welcome.
• Have experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, medical offices, banking, or front desk positions.
• Are highly organized and able to juggle multiple priorities.
• Communicate professionally in person, on the phone, and through email.
• Have strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Bring a positive attitude and a solution-oriented mindset every day.
