(USA) Member Team Lead

Responsibilities Assists management with the supervision of associates in assigned area of responsibility by assigning duties, communicating goals and feedback, training associates on processes and procedures, and providing direction and guidance on member service approaches and techniques. Supports membership by providing information on membership types, programs and benefits to current and prospective members, processing memberships, upgrades, and credit accounts, encouraging renewals, and participating in sales and marketing events. Provides member service by acknowledging members, identifying member needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, and guiding self‑service technology usage, ensuring orders are filled and transactions processed accurately. Oversees assigned area, handles claims and returns, zones the area, organizes merchandise, identifies shrink and damages, maintains cart availability, and ensures parking lot cleanliness. Completes accounting records, files transactions, prepares daily deposits, oversees cash fund transfers, investigates overages and shortages, and maintains confidentiality and accuracy of financial information. Develops, communicates, and implements processes and practices to meet business needs, collaborates with managers, coworkers, customers, and business partners, and identifies improvement opportunities. Demonstrates and supports compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethics, guiding how to apply these and assisting management with ethical and compliance issues. Leads and participates in teams, shares resources, provides advice and support, coordinates work assignments, and models change adaptation. The hourly wage range for this position is $22.50 to $30.50, and may be subject to premiums up to $3.00 per hour. Minimum Qualifications 6 months retail experience including operating front‑end equipment (e.g., cash register) AND 6 months customer service experience. Must be 18 years of age or older.
