Forklift Operator Automation Personnel Services is looking for Forklift Operator based in Columbia, TN. In this role, you will have the opportunity to advance your career with a global leader in plastic and fiberglass manufacturing. Pay Rate $16.00 per hour Schedule and Hours 1st Shift – 7AM – 3:30PM (Must be available to work 10-12 hour shifts daily) Stand-Up Forklift / Reach Truck Operator Duties and Responsibilities: Operate stand-up and sit-down forklifts safely Pull orders using reach truck Pallet product and load onto trucks Perform daily equipment inspections Adhere to all safety policies and procedures and work within the safety guidelines Complete safety orientation and forklift certification training Stand-Up Forklift / Reach Truck Operator Qualifications and Requirements: Previous experience in a manufacturing experience is required Experience with sit-down, stand-up and reach truck required Ability to stand and walk for a 12-hour shift Ability to lift up to 50lbs with ease Drug screen and criminal background check required Job Type Full-time, temporary to hire Benefits Weekly Pay Medical, dental, vision, short-term disability, and life insurance 40 Hours Service Bonus after 1 year of continuous service and 1500 hours 6 paid Holidays after 1 year of continuous service and 1500 hours 401(k) Retirement Plan Automation Personnel Services is the only staffing agency specializing in manufacturing and industrial roles that offers 401(k) matching to all eligible contingent and temporary associates.
