ABOUT OUR AGENCY: I opened my agency in 2020 after spending three and a half years as a State Farm team member. Before joining State Farm, I worked for a software company as a corporate trainer, which helped shape my passion for learning, development, and helping others succeed. Agency ownership appealed to me because it combines a higher purpose of helping people with the opportunity to set goals, measure progress, and continually improve.

Giving back is important to us. We periodically partner with a local nonprofit that helps families in our community access basic necessities and support during times of need.

ROLE DESCRIPTION: As an Account Associate for John Jensen - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You help grow our office through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.

Compensation: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
