Now Hiring: Pediatric LPN or RN – Private Duty Nursing Location: New Port Richey, FL Schedule: 24/7 Coverage Available | 7 Days a Week Shifts: 8:00 AM–8:00 PM or 8:00 PM–8:00 AM Pay: $28.00–$33.00 per hour NurseCore is seeking a compassionate and experienced LPN or RN to provide one‑on‑one, in‑home nursing care for a 6‑year‑old female with specialized medical needs. The ideal candidate is dependable, experienced with G‑tube management, and comfortable working day and/or overnight shifts while providing exceptional pediatric care in the home. Why Join NurseCore? Responsibilities Provide one‑on‑one skilled nursing care in the home Administer G‑tube feedings, flushes, and medications Assist with safe transfers and mobility (client is wheelchair‑bound and a fall risk) Monitor the client's condition and provide ongoing support throughout the shift Accurately document patient care and communicate changes in the client's condition to the appropriate care team Qualifications Current, unrestricted Florida LPN or RN license Minimum of one (1) year of nursing experience in a supervised setting within the past three (3) years Successful completion of required skills assessments, including specialty areas as applicable Current CPR certification Valid AHCA Level 2 Background Screening (or ability to obtain) Negative TB screening Pediatric and/or home health experience preferred Experience with G‑tube care and mobility assistance preferred Ability to work independently while delivering high‑quality, compassionate patient care Must meet all applicable state and federal regulations $400 Sign‑On Bonus Receive a $400 Sign‑On Bonus after 90 days of employment when you consistently work 32–40 hours per week.
