Nuclear Medical Technologist

The Nuclear Medical Technologist performs inpatient and outpatient diagnostic nuclear medicine procedures in accordance with state and federal guidelines, as well as department policies and procedures. This position offers a 40-hour guarantee with no weekend shifts and off-premise call requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of diagnostic nuclear medicine procedures on both inpatients and outpatients.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant state and federal regulatory requirements.
• Maintain and operate nuclear medicine equipment safely and efficiently.
• Work effectively with pediatric and geriatric patient populations to provide high-quality care.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of travel experience.
• At least 1 year of nuclear medicine experience.
• Proficient in working with pediatric and geriatric patient populations.
• Current ARRT or NMTCB (Nuclear Medicine) certification.
• Valid BLS certification (AHA or ARC).
• Experience with Siemens Evo equipment.
• Familiarity with Epic electronic health record systems.

Documentation Requirements:

• Work history.
• Skills checklist, current to within the past year, relevant to the specialty.
• Two supervisory references with employment dates.
• Note if not eligible to work in the USA.
• All reasonable time-off (RTO) requests must be included at the time of submission.
