AE - Stock Associate

YOUR ROLE

As a part‑time stock brand Ambassador, you're an expert at keeping product moving from the Stockroom to the Salesfloor through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns and merchandising. You have a passion for AEO Brand Standards, an eye for merchandising and a keen attention to detail. Even though the Stockroom is your place, you’re able to flex your skills to support your team and guests on the Salesfloor as needed. Most importantly, you represent AEO values and bring your real self to work every day!

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

You’re a go‑getter when it comes to keeping product moving, ensuring effective and timely shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns and merchandising. The Stockroom is your home base; you master keeping it running efficiently and productively by ensuring merchandise, visual props, marketing and fixtures stay organized. When you spot a merchandising opportunity, you inform store leadership, make a plan, and take action to correct it. You’re always prepared to step in and help fellow team members with non‑stock tasks or assist with guests. Safety standards are a priority to you, both in the Stockroom and on the Salesfloor. You follow Asset Protection standards and always adhere to AEO’s policies and procedures.

YOU WOULD BE GREAT FOR THIS ROLE IF

You love AE and Aerie products. You have strong organization skills and attention to detail; you’re adept at priority‑setting and time management. You have flexible availability – early morning, late evening, and weekends. You have prior experience in a stock‑related role.

PAY/BENEFITS INFORMATION

Actual starting pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to relevant experience and location. Subject to eligibility requirements, associates may be eligible to receive paid sick leave and AEO may provide rewards at its discretion. Paid Time Off, paid sick leave, and holiday pay vary by job level and type, location, employment classification (part‑time or full‑time / exempt or non‑exempt), and years of service.
