Cha- PT Valet AttendantHot JobChattanooga Metro Airport - Chattanooga, TN 37421OverviewSalary Range $15.00 Hourly Position Type Part Time Job Shift AnyDescriptionWeekend Valet Attendant (Part-Time) Pay Rate: $15/hourSchedule:Part-timeWeekend availability requiredShifts scheduled between 4:00 AM and 9:00 PMOverviewThe Valet Attendant is responsible for parking and retrieving customer vehicles in a timely fashion and providing excellent customer service. This position is responsible for being the customer's first and last impression of the airport and is thus held to a high standard.Key ResponsibilitiesArrive promptly to ensure that no customers miss their flights because there was not one available to assist with their vehicleInspect every vehicle before processing the vehicle and verifying the transaction with the customer. One inspection will be for damage and the other according to TSA requirementsMaintain a professional appearance. All employees will be expected to abide by the uniform policy.Drive with utmost care, operating the customer's vehicle safely and cautiously.Maintain confidentiality with regards to our clientProvide friendly and courteous customer service, always remembering to use "Please" and "Thank you" when addressing customers and the clientAssist with unloading luggage from the vehicles, ensuring to lift properly and use caution as to not damage anythingEnsure that the customer does not leave for their flight until you have completed your inspection and properly processed their transaction including sending them a text.
