The site has approximately 50 employees that contribute to our involvement in product formulations, ingredient processing, and particle coating solutions within the food and beverage and nutraceutical ingredient industries. If you're looking for a manufacturing facility where you can build a career and have fun while you do it, we might be the team for you!What You'll DoThe Production Sanitation Technician plays a critical role in food safety, quality, and workplace cleanliness. You'll work closely with production and maintenance teams, performing daily, weekly, and scheduled sanitation activities in compliance with company, customer, and government standards. Join our sanitation team and help keep a fast-paced food production facility clean, safe, and running smoothly.Key Responsibilities include:Cleaning and sanitizing production equipment and plant areas using set schedulesPerforming CIP/COP cleaning on tanks, pipes, and equipmentSafely handling and documenting sanitation chemicalsRemoving trash and debris to maintain a clean, safe workplaceOperating pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided if needed)Completing sanitation logs and follow GMP, SSOP, HACCP, and safety standardsWorking with a team that values safety, quality, and accountabilityWhat You'll Need to SucceedHigh school diploma or equivalent; must be 18+.Manufacturing Sanitation, food or chemical production, or related experience preferred.Chemical handling experience preferred.Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.Basic math and problem-solving skills.Mechanical aptitude preferred.Pallet jack or forklift experience preferred.Microsoft Office and SAP experience preferred.Reliable, self-motivated, and team-oriented.Able to work independently and in a team environment.Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.What We OfferThe hiring rate for this position is $20.50 per hour.
