As an Automotive Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing Subaru vehicles, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. This is a hands-on position that requires strong technical skills and attention to detail.Responsibilities:Performing maintenance and repairs on Subaru vehicles, including engine, transmission, electrical, and HVAC systemsConducting diagnostic tests to identify vehicle issues and proposing effective solutionsPerforming routine maintenance tasks, such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspectionsKeeping accurate records of work performed and parts usedWorking closely with service advisors to provide excellent customer service and address customer concernsRequirements:At least 2 years of experience as an Automotive Technician, preferably with Japanese vehiclesStrong knowledge of automotive systems and repairsExcellent diagnostic and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and efficientlyValid driver's license and clean driving recordASE certification, or willingness to obtain certificationPA State and Emissions LicensesBenefits:Competitive compensation package, ranging from $55,000 to $105,000 per yearHealth, dental, and vision insurance including Employer Match401(k) retirement planPaid time off and holidaysEmployee discounts on vehicle purchases and servicesAbout the Company:New Motors Subaru is a leading automotive dealership located in Erie, Pennsylvania.
