Calyx Living is actively seeking energetic Bistro Prep for our BRAND NEW assisted living community, Calyx Living of Apex! We are located in beautiful Apex just off I-540 at Hwy 64. Calyx is looking to hire NOW a Bistro Prep who is enthusiastic about working with a small crew in our bistro, impacting the lives of seniors by preparing and presenting food. The ideal candidate would be a self- starter with past experience cooking and preparing meals in a senior living setting.Qualifications:Cooking experience a mustMust be able to follow recipes and plate food in an attractive mannerMust be able to understand and comply with state regulations established for food serviceMust be able to prepare, organize and handle minimal special requests of senior residentsMust be able to interact with residents in a professional and friendly mannerMust be quick and efficient during peak meal service timesMust be available to work weekendsIf you have cooking experience and are passionate about improving the lives of seniors, please apply now!
