Axis Auto Group – Axis Chevrolet and Axis Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram – is a family-owned, two-rooftop dealer group in Jersey City, NJ. We are hiring an experienced Automotive Sales Consultant who already knows how to sell new and pre-owned vehicles and wants a bigger paycheck. This is not an entry-level role: you need a minimum of 2 years of franchised or independent dealership sales experience.

EARNINGS: $60,000–$120,000+ per year. Commission plus volume and CSI bonuses. Top producers here earn six figures.

GUARANTEE: Paid guarantee during your first 60 days while you build your pipeline.

INVENTORY: Chevrolet, Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram, plus a deep pre-owned selection – you sell across both rooftops.

LEADS: Strong internet and phone lead flow through VinSolutions CRM, plus walk-in traffic from Route 440 and Communipaw.

SCHEDULE: Full-time, on-site, 5-day week with rotating Saturdays.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Sell new and pre-owned vehicles from first contact through delivery

- Work internet, phone, and walk-in leads in the CRM and follow up until they buy

- Present vehicles, run test drives, structure deals with the desk, and hand off cleanly to F&I

- Hit monthly unit and gross targets and maintain top CSI scores

- Build a repeat and referral customer base

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- 2+ years of automotive sales experience at a dealership, new and used (required)

- Proven track record – bring your numbers

- Comfortable with a CRM (VinSolutions, DealerSocket, eLead, or similar) and digital retailing tools

- Bilingual English/Spanish a plus in our Jersey City market

- Valid driver's license and clean record
