Associate Member Optimization

To support the Member and Provider Services Optimization team, the remote Associate, Member and Provider Optimization will lead cross-functional projects, manage stakeholder relationships, and optimize internal processes to enhance operational efficiency. Key responsibilities: Lead the end-to-end management of cross-functional implementations/projects, ensuring on-time completion and stakeholder engagement Evaluate departmental performance through data analysis and assist in developing metrics and mitigation strategies Collaborate with partner groups to create proactive implementation and change management strategies Required qualifications: A bachelor's degree or 3+ years of relevant experience 3+ years of experience in operations, health insurance, data analysis, engineering, or consulting 2+ years of experience using data software such as Excel, SQL, or Python 2+ years of project management experience 2+ years of experience with process improvement methodologies like Lean or Six Sigma
