About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Analytical Development to play a pivotal role in the organization's growth and evolution. This senior leadership position is focused on leading the analytical development function, particularly in the context of the company's first BLA and the establishment of a long-term analytical strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding the analytical team through the commercialization process, pivotal development, and future discovery programs. The role is highly visible, involving interaction with executive leadership, regulatory agencies, and external stakeholders, and offers the opportunity to shape the analytical organization, influence portfolio strategy, and mentor a growing team. Candidates for the Vice President of Analytical Development role at the company should have a strong background in analytical development, with a focus on immunotherapies or related fields. The position requires a strategic thinker who can not only lead the team through the current phase but also contribute to the long-term vision of the organization.
