As the firm continues to grow its Transactional Practice Group, it is seeking an experienced mid- to senior-level Real Estate Associate to advise a dynamic client base. The firm represents clients ranging from closely held businesses to large public companies and is committed to delivering practical, strategic, and risk-conscious legal solutions that drive real-world value. Responsibilities Manage and oversee commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and financing. Independently handle various components of transactions while ensuring attention to detail and accuracy. Collaborate with an experienced team to represent developers, investors, and lenders in complex real estate matters. Provide strategic guidance and support throughout high-profile, multifaceted real estate transactions. Qualifications Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials. 4+ years of commercial real estate and or lending experience Current admission in good standing to either the Massachusetts or Rhode Island bar is required, both preferred. Strong business acumen with the ability to understand and address the commercial implications of legal issues. The salary range for this position is $140,000–$200,000, plus benefits and bonus potential.
