Cornerstone Staffing Solutions is seeking a compassionate and energetic Bilingual Medical Assistant who can communicate fluently in Spanish or Arabic. If you enjoy connecting with patients, supporting providers, and helping a busy clinic run smoothly, this could be the right opportunity for you.
What You’ll Do
- Welcome patients and prepare them for visits.
- Record vital signs, medical histories, and medications.
- Assist providers with examinations and procedures.
- Administer approved medications and injections.
- Collect specimens and perform basic clinical tests.
- Prepare, clean, and restock examination rooms.
- Maintain accurate electronic health records.
- Schedule appointments and support efficient patient flow.
- Provide clear, provider-approved patient instructions.
- Follow all privacy, safety, and clinical requirements.
- Travel to nearby clinics when coverage is needed.
What We’re Looking For
- Fluency in English and either Spanish or Arabic is required.
- Completion of a Medical Assistant training program
- Medical Assistant certification or registration preferred
- Previous clinical experience is a plus
- Familiarity with electronic health record systems
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- A dependable, flexible, and patient-focused attitude
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical setting
