JOB SUMMARY The Busser is responsible for cleaning tables and transporting soiled items to the dishwashing area. Assists servers with guest service. This is an at‑will position. RESPONSIBILITIES Assist the server throughout the service procedure to include clearing soiled dishes, glassware, and flatware, pouring coffee, tea, and water. Clean and set‑up tables in accordance with established procedures. Reset tables throughout events. Assist in the collection of trash at the end of the shift. Be courteous and helpful at all times. QUALIFICATIONS Must be 16 years of age. Must have, or be able to obtain within 30 days of employment, an Illinois Safe Food Handler Certificate. Must be dependable and able to follow direction. WORK SCHEDULE & PAY The role has varied hours available and starts at $15.00 + tips.
