2+ years of industrial maintenance experience preferred.

salary: $65,000 - $70,000 per year

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and maintain CNC machine tools to ensure reliable operation and minimize production downtime.
• Troubleshoot and maintain FANUC CNC controls, including alarms, parameters, I/O systems, servo systems, and communication faults.
• Diagnose and repair servo motors, servo amplifiers, drives, encoders, and related motion-control components.
• Troubleshoot CNC electrical control circuits, including relays, contactors, sensors, switches, and associated wiring.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot PLCs, machine I/O, ladder logic, and automated control circuits.
• Read, interpret, and utilize electrical schematics, ladder logic, hydraulic diagrams, and pneumatic diagrams to identify and correct equipment faults.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain hydraulic and pneumatic systems, including pumps, valves, cylinders, regulators, solenoids, and associated components.
• Diagnose and repair Automatic Tool Changers (ATCs), spindle systems, and other CNC machine mechanical systems.
• Troubleshoot machine positioning, homing, overtravel, limit-switch, axis, and motion-related problems.
• Perform preventive maintenance, scheduled inspections, adjustments, and component replacements on CNC equipment.
• Respond rapidly to equipment breakdowns, identify root causes, and implement effective repairs to restore production and minimize downtime.
• Support continuous equipment reliability by identifying recurring failures and recommending corrective and preventive actions.
