Agentic Engineer

To design and deploy production-grade agentic AI systems, the fully remote Agentic Engineer will manage the development of autonomous multi-step workflows in insurance operations, integrating LLMs with enterprise tools and ensuring reliability and governance. Key responsibilities Design and build end-to-end agentic workflows for business processes such as FNOL processing and claims triage Develop and maintain agent orchestration patterns using frameworks like LangChain and integrate LLMs with various systems Implement security measures and performance evaluations to ensure agents operate safely and reliably in a regulated environment Required qualifications Experience in building and deploying AI agents or agentic workflow systems in production-like environments Proficiency with agentic orchestration frameworks and LLM tool/function calling patterns Strong understanding of machine learning, software architecture, and distributed systems Hands-on experience with RAG architectures and vector databases for enterprise knowledge grounding Ability to write production-quality code in Python and experience with containerized AI services in cloud environments
