We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Associate Dentist to join our friendly and professional dental team in beautiful Bishop, California. This role offers an excellent opportunity to provide exceptional patient care while working in a supportive environment with a strong, established patient flow. We welcome candidates passionate about clinical excellence and eager to contribute to the growth and success of our practice, with potential for future practice ownership transition and attractive production-based compensation.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough patient examinations and diagnostics
- Develop treatment plans tailored to patient needs
- Educate patients on oral health and preventive care
- Provide timely emergency dental care
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
- Contribute to practice growth and patient retention
- Ensure clinical procedures comply with regulatory standards
Preferred Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in dentistry
- DDS or DMD degree
- Current Dental License
- Experience in clinical dentistry, oral diagnostics, and treatment planning
**Please note that pay range is given based on production at 30-35% and can vary.
