Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field (such as Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management). Proven experience in a senior leadership role, directing and managing intricate projects within the commercial real estate industry. Strong track record of delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team. Strategic mindset, with the ability to translate business goals into action plans. Outstanding client relationship management abilities, with the focus on delivering exceptional client experiences. Demonstrated knowledge of industry best practices, regulations, and trends. Preferred Qualifications Master's degree in a related field. Professional certifications (such as PMP or LEED). Experience in a global or multi-office environment. Knowledge of emerging technologies and their application in project management. Proven ability to drive business development and generate new opportunities.
