Rooted Talent Solutions specialises in connecting top-tier healthcare professionals with leading hospitals and facilities. We are looking for motivated Healthcare Recruiters to join our team and help source, screen, and place qualified candidates in healthcare roles. Responsibilities Source and recruit healthcare professionals through online job boards, LinkedIn, and networking. Screen candidates, verify credentials, and match them with the right opportunities. Coordinate interviews and assist candidates throughout the hiring process. Build relationships with healthcare professionals to maintain a strong talent pipeline. Requirements Experience in recruiting, healthcare staffing, or sales preferred. Strong communication and networking skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple candidates.
