Windows 365 Cloud PC

* Monitoring service health and performance
* Troubleshooting complex Cloud PC, identity, and access issues
* Supporting incident resolution and RCA
* Executing maintenance, patching, and governance activities
* Preparing operational reports and stakeholder updates
* Strong experience supporting Windows 10/11 Enterprise virtual desktops
* Hands-on operational experience with Windows 365 Cloud PCCloud PC (Enterprise)
* Solid understanding of Cloud PC architecture, provisioning policies, and licensing
* Experience with Microsoft Intune (Endpoint Manager):
* Device configuration
* Compliance policies
* Application deployment
* Endpoint security policies
* Strong experience supporting Windows 10/11 Enterprise virtual desktops
* Hands-on operational experience with Windows 365 Cloud PCCloud PC (Enterprise)
* Solid understanding of Cloud PC architecture, provisioning policies, and licensing
* Experience with Microsoft Intune (Endpoint Manager):
* Device configuration
* Compliance policies
* Application deployment
* Endpoint security policies
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD):
* Hybrid identity
* Conditional Access
* Authentication and access troubleshooting
* Experience with Azure networking concepts:
* VNets, subnets, NSGs
* Connectivity impacts on Cloud PCs
* Strong troubleshooting skills in enterprise Windows OS administration
* Experience working in an ITIL-based L2/L3 support model
* Exposure to global support operations and follow-the-sun models
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to adapt quickly to new cloud and endpoint technologies
* The Windows 365 Cloud PCCloud PC Support Engineer (L2) is responsible for managing and supporting the production Cloud PC environment, ensuring high availability, performance, and security of virtual desktops delivered via Microsoft s cloud ecosystem.
* Key responsibilities include:
* Monitoring service health and performance
* Troubleshooting complex Cloud PC, identity, and access issues
* Supporting incident resolution and RCA
* Executing maintenance, patching, and governance activities
* Preparing operational reports and stakeholder updates
* The role requires strong experience in Windows desktop OS, Microsoft Intune, Azure, Entra ID, and Windows 365 Cloud PCservice architecture, with the ability to operate independently in a global enterprise setting.

Compensation and Benefits
A candidate s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
