JCR is looking for a detail-oriented and driven Commercial Legal Case Coordinator to join our team in Flower Mound, TX. In this role, you'll play a key part in managing and organizing commercial legal cases, keeping everything running smoothly from start to finish. Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage commercial legal cases from intake through resolution
• Maintain and organize case files, legal documents, and correspondence
• Communicate with attorneys, clients, and opposing counsel to facilitate case progress
• Track deadlines, court dates, and filing requirements to ensure compliance
• Prepare and review legal documents, pleadings, and case summaries
• Conduct legal research and compile relevant case information as needed
• Coordinate with internal teams and external parties to support case strategy

Requirements:

• Prior experience in legal case management, paralegal work, or a related legal support role
• Familiarity with commercial law, litigation processes, or contract management
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Proficiency in legal case management software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies, Legal Studies, or a related field preferred
