Pricing Analyst

Pricing Analyst role in King of Prusia, PA: Job Overview The Pricing Analyst is responsible for developing, analyzing, and optimizing pricing strategies to support profitability, margin, and competitiveness goals. This role builds pricing and margin models, evaluates market and competitive data, and partners cross-functionally with sales, finance, and product teams to guide data-driven pricing decisions. Reports to the Pricing Manager, FP&A Manager, or Finance Director. Key Responsibilities Design, build, and maintain pricing and margin models to support revenue and profitability targets Analyze pricing performance, price elasticity, and product/customer profitability to inform strategy Conduct competitive and market analysis to benchmark pricing and identify opportunities Partner with sales and commercial teams on quotes, contract pricing, and margin recommendations Perform post-implementation analysis of pricing programs to validate margin, budget, and market-share impact Prepare pricing reports, dashboards, and analyses for leadership and pricing committee review Support annual pricing reviews, list price updates, and discount/rebate structure analysis Ensure pricing integrity and accuracy across systems, price lists, and reference tables Collaborate with finance on forecasting, budgeting, and profitability planning Identify and drive process improvements and automation in pricing workflows Perform ad-hoc analyses and special projects as assigned Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field 2-4+ years of pricing, financial analysis, or data analytics experience Strong knowledge of pricing strategy, margin analysis, and financial modeling Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, complex formulas, modeling) Experience with ERP and BI tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Power BI, Tableau) preferred Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Beacon Hill is an equal opportunity employer and individuals with disabilities and/or protected veterans are encouraged to apply.
