Performance reviews (and compensation reviews) Job Description As the Maintenance Manager, you will lead all maintenance functions within the facility. You will ensure equipment reliability, minimize downtime, drive continuous improvement and manage the planning and execution of capital projects. Responsibilities Develop, implement, and manage a comprehensive preventive and predictive maintenance program. Ensure high equipment reliability and minimize unplanned downtime. Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis efforts for equipment failures. Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as uptime, mean time between failures (MTBF), and maintenance costs. Manage maintenance planning and scheduling to optimize workforce efficiency. Oversee spare parts inventory and maintenance budgets. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in any engineering discipline. 7+ years of experience in operation maintenance or engineering field with 3+ years of supervisory role in the department. Experience with planning, scheduling and leading projects. Able to use Auto Desk or equivalent software. Experience with CMMS, SAP, Maximo, MicroMain, etc. Belcan is an equal opportunity employer.
