Title: Clinical Pharmacist – Emergency Department

Location: Salina, KS
Schedule:

• Full-Time
• Rotating Afternoon/Evening Shifts (12:00 PM – 10:30 PM)
• Every Other Weekend

Salary: $112,500 – $153,000 Annually (Based on experience) + Benefits
Relocation Assistance: Up to $5,000

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct pharmaceutical care including medication selection, dosing, monitoring, and patient education.
• Participate in emergency responses including trauma activations, stroke alerts, and code blue events.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
• Develop and implement emergency department medication protocols and quality improvement initiatives.
• Serve as a preceptor for pharmacy students and residents.
• Participate in hospital committees focused on patient safety and clinical excellence.

Required Qualifications:

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from an accredited program.
• Eligible for or currently licensed as a Pharmacist in Kansas.
• Strong clinical knowledge and patient care skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Hospital or clinical pharmacy experience.
• Emergency Department pharmacy experience.
• PGY1/PGY2 Residency training.
