We are a fast-paced dental practice with a welcoming, small-town feel where patient care and community relationships come first. Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our team 4 days a week (Monday-Thursday). The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced setting, is highly detail-oriented, and is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care while building lasting relationships with patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform dental cleanings, scaling, and root planning
- Conduct patient screenings, including medical history and periodontal assessments
- Take dental radiographs
- Educate patients on oral hygiene, preventive care, and treatment plans
- Assist the dentist with exams and procedures as needed
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
- Follow strict infection control and sterilization protocols
- Ensure patient comfort and provide a positive experience at every visit
Qualifications:
- Active Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in North Carolina
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, professional demeanor with a patient-focused approach
- Experience with dental software systems preferred
