**TITLE:** Physical Therapist**POSITION OVERVIEW:** The **Physical Therapist** evaluates, plans, and provides treatment and rehabilitation as prescribed by a referring physician. Works with family and team members regarding patient's abilities and goals.**Required**: Bachelors, Masters, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from a college or university accredited by the American Physical Therapy Association.**Required**: Must have necessary requisites for licensure as a Physical Therapist by the Oregon State Board of Health. Valid Oregon driver's license and ability to meet St. Charles Health System driving requirements. Ability to travel to business functions/trainings/meetings and all St. Charles Health System worksites. Current AHA Basic Life Support for Healthcare Provider certification.**Preferred**: Preferably a member in good standing of the American Physical Therapy Association.
