A  Wire Cutter for Capital Electric is responsible for coiling, spooling, cutting and labeling wire to specified customer orders. Attention to details and accuracy is required.

Salary: $20 to $23 / hour

Responsibilities:
• Cut wire to the length specified on ticket order• Label and deliver wire to correct routing staging area• Maintain organization and neatness in wire room• Be on time and work diligently with co-workers
• Multi-task and continually prioritize tasks to be completed throughout the day
• Follow verbal and written instructions with minimal supervision
• Other duties as required

Minimum Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or G.E.D.

• 1-2 years warehouse experience – electrical distribution industry preferred

• Good and dependable mathematic, verbal, and written communication skills
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. on regular basis; up to 70 lbs. occasionally
• Reliable, responsible, and a great work ethic
