Caregiver Position at Comfort Keepers of Brentwood, TN

Comfort Keepers of Brentwood, TN is seeking responsible and reliable individuals to join our team in the role of caregiver for our weekend shifts (Friday-Sunday) in Williamson County, TN. At Comfort Keepers, we provide respectful and loving care for seniors and older adults who require a helping hand, a supportive companion, and day-to-day assistance in their homes.

As a caregiver, you will work directly with seniors and their families to create detailed, personalized care plans that will maximize your client's quality of life. You will then provide in-home support for daily tasks, personal care and hobbies to ensure the senior's needs are met and their personal goals are carried out.

Caregiver positions are available for seasonal and part-time workers who may be looking for supplemental income or who are currently unemployed. Individuals with backgrounds as caregivers, teachers, daycare workers, college students, retail or restaurant employees are encouraged to apply.

Caregiver Job Responsibilities:

• Communicating with office and family
• Bathing, showering, toileting
• Meal preparation and feeding
• Dressing & grooming
• Light housekeeping, laundry, organizing incoming mail
• Grocery shopping, running errands
• Transferring and providing transportation to doctor, beauty salon, etc

Caregiver Job Requirements:

• Genuinely concerned about helping people
• Must have at least one year caregiving experience
• Must be able to pass a background test
• Must have a valid Driver's License and your own vehicle
• Must be able to pass a drug test
• Must have dementia Experience
