IT SUPPORT ANALYST

We are seeking an experienced IT Support Analyst to join our team in Houston, Texas. The IT Support Analyst will provide technical support to our staff and ensure the smooth operation of our information systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT support, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Provide technical support to staff for hardware, software, and network issues Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems in a timely manner Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and other IT equipment Monitor and maintain network and system security Perform regular backups and ensure data integrity Create and maintain technical documentation and user guides Train staff on new technologies and systems Collaborate with IT team members to identify and implement system improvements Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support as needed Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems Experience with network troubleshooting and administration Familiarity with Active Directory, Exchange, and Office 365 Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Ability to work independently and in a team environment Attention to detail and strong organizational skills Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus We Offer: Competitive salary and benefits package Opportunities for professional growth and development A supportive and collaborative work environment The opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of children and families #J-18808-Ljbffr VigorCare Pediatric Services
