Yardzen is hiring a Pro Network Manager to oversee the health, performance, and growth of its contractor network. You will collaborate with Project Managers to move opportunities from matching through site walks, estimates, and signed contracts, ensuring responsive contractors and strong build outcomes. You'll recruit, onboard, and coach subcontractors, fill coverage gaps, and manage pipeline health using data-driven insights.
