We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and professional Leasing Agent to assist us with leasing at our properties.

Responsibilities:

• Greeting prospective tenants
• Conduct property tours and answering inquiries
• Assist applicants with the leasing process
• Process applications, prepare lease agreements and update property listings

Qualifications:

• Must be bilingual in Spanish
• No experience necessary/we will train the right candidates
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong people skills
