We are currently seeking a motivated and customer-focused Retail Assistant to join our dynamic team. This is a full-time role based in Cincinnati, Ohio, United States . As a key ambassador for our brand, you will embody our commitment to limitless possibilities and continuous growth. You will be instrumental in creating an engaging and informative in-store experience, helping customers navigate our innovative product ecosystem. This role is perfect for an individual with a passion for technology and a talent for delivering exceptional customer service. The salary for this position is $30,000 - $33,000 USD per annum . Responsibilities Welcome and assist customers, providing a high level of service to ensure a positive shopping experience. Develop a comprehensive knowledge of our products and services to effectively advise customers and answer their queries. Drive sales through proactive customer engagement and by demonstrating product features and benefits. Operate the point-of-sale system to process transactions accurately and handle cash and card payments. Maintain the visual standards of the store, ensuring a clean, organised, and inviting environment. Assist with stock management, including replenishing the sales floor, organising the stockroom, and participating in inventory checks. Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve store targets and ensure smooth daily operations. Qualifications Previous experience in a retail or customer-facing role is highly advantageous. A genuine interest in technology and an eagerness to learn about new and innovative products. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with a diverse range of customers. A professional, positive, and enthusiastic attitude. Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail. The ability to work well as part of a team and contribute to a collaborative atmosphere.
