Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients to assess their physical conditions, functional limitations, and therapeutic needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on clinical evaluations that align with patients' goals and recovery timelines.
• Engage in thorough documentation practices, ensuring accurate recording of treatments, evaluations, and discharge plans—while complying with relevant regulations and standards.
• Maintain clear and effective communication with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals regarding treatment progress and alterations to care plans.
• Supervise and mentor support staff and physical therapy students, fostering development and teamwork within the department.
• Participate in community outreach programs, leadership initiatives, quality improvement activities, and marketing efforts to promote our services.
• Stay current with best practices in therapy and health care by attending staff meetings, engaging in continuing education opportunities, and participating in professional development.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy is mandatory, reflecting a solid educational foundation in this discipline.

Compensation and Benefits
